About TNT Movers Nashville

At TNT Movers, we understand that moving is more than simply transporting boxes from one place to another. It’s about starting a new chapter, and our goal is to make that transition as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible.

We provide professional moving services for homes, apartments, businesses, and long-distance relocations throughout Nashville and surrounding areas. From carefully handling furniture and household belongings to loading, unloading, and packing assistance, our team is focused on making every part of your move easier.

Why Choose TNT Movers?

We believe a great moving experience starts with reliable service, careful handling, clear communication, and attention to detail. Whether you’re moving across Nashville or preparing for a longer relocation, we work to provide the support you need from moving day preparation through the final unload.

Who We Are

TNT Moving USA is a family-owned moving company run from 6430 Charlotte Pike in Nashville and part of JM Move Empire, the group behind JM Moving, Nashville Packers and Movers, Miami Packers and Movers and Packers and Movers Augusta. Our owner has worked in the moving industry for more than 23 years, first in Miami and now in Middle Tennessee. The crews who show up at your door are our own people, driving our own 26-foot box trucks.

TNT is the part of the family that focuses on Tennessee: moves across Nashville and its suburbs, moves between Tennessee cities, and long-haul trips that start or end here. When a family relocates from Knoxville to Nashville, or a Nashville household heads to Miami, Augusta or Boston, it is the same company handling the job from the first phone call to the last box.

How a TNT Move Is Run

Every job starts with a walkthrough, in person or by video, because a price built on a quick room count is how surprise bills happen. On moving day the crew protects the home before lifting anything: runners on the floors, pads on the door jambs, guards on corners and covers on banisters. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and stretch-wrapped, beds and tables are taken apart and rebuilt, and hardware is bagged and labeled with the piece it belongs to.

High-value pieces get extra attention. Art, pianos and safes are wrapped and their condition is written down before they leave the house, and artwork and large mirrors can be custom crated. We have spent the last two years moving high-rise condos and large luxury homes around Nashville, and the same care goes into a one-bedroom apartment.

Before the crew leaves, we walk through the new home with you. Furniture goes where you want it, beds and tables are put back together, and nothing is called finished until you have checked each room.

Pricing We Can Stand Behind

Our local rate is simple: $250 per hour for two movers and a truck, and $350 per hour for three movers and a truck, with full service included. We do not add charges for travel time, fuel, one flight of stairs or elevators on local moves. If you prefer one fixed number, we quote a flat rate after talking through your move on the phone. Long-distance moves are quoted door to door.

Open When You Need Us

Moving rarely happens on a nine-to-five schedule. Closings slip, leases end on a Sunday, and sometimes another company does not show up. That is why TNT Moving USA answers the phone and runs crews 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Night and weekend moves are also how we keep offices running: we can move a business after closing time so the team starts Monday in the new space.

A lot of our calls also come from people who are not moving themselves: adult children arranging a move for a parent, or relatives in another state or in Canada booking a move for family in Tennessee. We can keep them updated by phone during the job, so they know when the crew arrived and when the last piece was set in place.

Where We Move

Locally we work across Nashville and Middle Tennessee, including Belle Meade, Green Hills, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, West Meade, Bellevue, Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Hermitage, Madison and Donelson. Across the state we move families between Nashville and cities such as Knoxville, Chattanooga and Memphis, and our long-distance lanes run from Nashville to Miami, to Augusta, Georgia and to Boston.

Questions People Ask About Us

Is TNT Moving USA the same company as JM Moving? Yes. Both are owned and run by the same family under JM Move Empire. TNT focuses on Tennessee and long-distance moves, while JM Moving is our Nashville local brand, and both use the same crews, trucks and service standard.

How big is the team? About 30 people and six trucks between Nashville, Miami and Boston, with three 26-foot box trucks based here in Nashville. We are still growing, and adding trucks in Nashville is the next step.

What should I have ready for a quote? Both addresses, your move date, the size of the home, any large or fragile pieces such as a piano, safe or artwork, and notes on stairs, elevators or building rules. With that, we can usually give you a price on the first call.

Can I visit the office? Yes. We are at 6430 Charlotte Pike, Suite 502, Nashville, TN 37209. Call (615) 710-9990 first, since the crews and the people who run them spend most of the day out on jobs.
