1. Walkthrough. We look at what is moving, in person or on a short video call, so the price matches the real job and not a rough room count.

2. A clear price. Local moves are $250 per hour for 2 movers and a truck, or $350 per hour for 3 movers and a truck, full service included. If you prefer a flat rate, we set it with you on the phone after the walkthrough. On local moves there is no added charge for travel time, fuel, one flight of stairs or elevators.

3. Your date is locked in. We confirm the date, arrival window and crew size with you before moving day, so nobody is guessing the night before.

4. Moving day. The crew lays floor runners, pads door jambs, adds corner guards and banister covers, wraps furniture, and makes written condition notes on art, pianos and safes before anything is carried out.
